Delicious!
I was given some Tasmania Black Truffle Paste (thanks Anne) and this recipe came on using EYB.

Gnocchi
- Organic dutch cream potatoes
- strong white bread flour
- organic egg

Making gnocchi is time consuming, but worth the effort.
Cream Sauce
- shallots
- garlic
- white wine (Chardonnay)
- Double cream
- thyme
- parsley
- sea salt

Taleggio Cheese

I added some extra truffle slices and baked with the gnocchi and Taleggio.


Plated up with Truffle vinaigrette and served with a simple salad with dressing of EVOO and lemon juice
Truffle vinaigrette
- black truffle paste
- EVOO
- lemon Juice
- salt

The recipe made twice as much gnocchi as needed (or I needed far more cream sauce and vinaigrette)
