Bruschetta Pizza: “with tomatoes, garlic chilli and basil on pizza bread”. (Chilli seems to have been omitted. As a pizza it didn’t work. As bruschetta, it was ok, but the tomatoes needed more flavour.)

Garlic Cheese Pizza “with cheese, garlic and chilli served on pizza bread” (Good, but missing chilli. IMHO, the best of the three)

Garlic Pizza. “garlic chilli and organo” (Ordinary, and still missing the chilli)

Plate of Prosciutto “Italian thinly sliced cold meat” (very good) ; Olives “sautéed with garlic, chilli, oregano & parsley (again seem to be missing the chilli, but still good); Figs and Gorgonzola (unfortunately cold, a problem of function cooking)

Seafood Ravioli with lobster and prawn bisque. (IMHO, the bisque had good strong flavours of the shellfish shells, but was rather thick (floury) rather than a velvety / silky texture)

Salad: Lettuce, tomato, carrots, spanish onion and mustard seeds

Bowl of Chips

John Dory fillets (very good)

Tiramisu “Layers of marscapone cheese and lady fingers soaked in coffee” (Very good)

Affogato: Frangelico liqueur. (Excellant)

THE WINES
