Very simple, and delicious.
I used leftover roasted pork belly with crispy crackling and flash fried in sesame oil(Very high heat in wok) . Set aside.
Fry garlic, chilli, spring onions, in more sesame oil, and then add the pork belly and S & P.
Garnished with coriander. Served with steamed rice.
