I didn’t use the Thermomix to grate the parmesan, and it is easier to just grate the parmesan using a grater at the end, rather than have to clean the machine.
EVOO, Garlic and chilli (I used two small red, in lie of the one long red).
Mutti canned organic tomatoes, and Mutti tomato paste, capers, anchovies, black Kalamata olives, oregano leaves, and water.
The Thermomix did not reach 100C in the 10 mins cooking time, so I repeated that step effectively cooking the sauce for 20m.
The pasta is broken and cooked in the sauce. This has two problems, one is that the sauce is a lot more watery because of the amount of water added to cook the pasta, and the second that the pasta is broken (you can’t twirl it).
Topped with parsley and parmesan.
Good, but not great.
