Oven-roasted potatoes

Potatoes, EVOO, rosemary, thyme, garlic, butter & S & P.

Simple. The use of the baking paper lined baking tray prevented the potatoes from sticking.

However there was no way that the potatoes baked at 200C for 30 minutes were close to “tender and golden.” I turned the temperature up to 250C and baked for a further 30 minutes.

I will revert to par boiling and then baking. However the end result was very good.
