Salt & Pepper Calamari: (lightly battered, wok tossed with salt, pepper and ling red chilli, shallots). Very good.

Crispy Barramundi Fish Fillet + Thai lemon chilli sauce (w coriander, red onion, cucumber and tomato). Very good.

Prawns Sambal: (Tiger prawns, Berempah sambal sauce). Sauce is to sweet. Not recommended.

San Choy Bow Beef: (wok fried beef mince, served with fresh lettuce). Good, and unusually more lettuce than beef).

Pork Belly lover: (Crispy pork belly, sweet soy sauce, sesame oil, steamed Chinese broccoli) with sauce on the side. Just ok.

Good food, but not memorable.

Prawn Dumplings served with “homemade special sauce”

Sweet Tamarind Wings “thin battered winds tossed with sweet tamarind sauce.” The chicken was very tender, but the tamarind flavour was almost non existent.

Coconut Lime Prawns: “Tiger prawns, chilli jam, lime, capsicum, onion, carrot, broccoli and coconut milk.” Disappointing in that I expected a dominate lime flavour, but it was not perceivable, nor was the chilli jam.

Berempah’s Pork Belly “Crispy pork belly, special tamarind sauce, steamed broccoli, and carrot.” The pork was tender, but the crispiness was lost under the sauce, and this sauce was also devoid of tamarind flavours.

Red Duck Curry: “Roasted Duck, red curry paste, coconut milk, lychees, pineapple, basil, tomato, zucchini, green beans.”

Roti
