- vegetable broth and almond milk
- polenta
- nutritional yeast flakes
Puttanesca Sauce:
- EVOO, garlic, capers, dried oregano, chilli flakes
- parsley
- canned tomatoes
- Kalamata olives
- basil
It was very good (don’t mention it was vegan!)
