Chinese greens with plum sauce

My choice for this was based on super fresh organic baby pak choy and using the asian plum sauce in the fridge that rarely gets used. Eatyourbooks.com came up with this1

Very simple. Asian greens (organic baby pak choy) fried in peanut oil

Fry a little longer with the plum sauce.

For my taste, it was a little sweet and one dimensional. I prefer the Nigel Slater recipe using oyster sauce, garlic and chilli.

But, this was still good (and quick).
