*Mango parfait (Am kulfi)

  • ground green cardamom
  • single cream
  • sweetened condensed milk
  • mango

It needed something other than more mango. Perhaps blackberry purée. Tart. Plus colour

Version 2:

Base is a purée of frozen mixed berries , condensed milk, cream and yogurt. Big improvement.
