This is an excellent salad. Quick and packed with refreshing and assertive flavours.
Ingredients:
shallots (fried)
coriander
fish sauce
limes
Thai basil
roasted salted peanuts
flowering broccoli. (I used the white flowering broccoli grown by a neighbour)
