A few months back I bought a packet of organic Kipfler potatoes and did not use all of them, and the few that were left started sprouting, so I planted them.
A few months later, I had a harvest of new Kipfler potatoes!

I wanted to highlight the potatoes and this recipe did it perfectly. It was also simple and quick:
- new potatoes
- organic French beans
- canned sardines
- lemon juice, evvo, salt and black pepper.

Version 2 was the addition of chopped stoned black olives.
