One-Bowl Mussel Spaghetti

This was a very interesting method (at least for me). The mussels are steamed over the sauce, and the pasta is only cooked in the sauce.

Onion, garlic, EVOO, white wine and cream.

I used stock powder rather than concentrate.

Finished with chopped kale, chives and chilli flakes.

Very good.
