Orecchiette with broccoli (Orecchiette con broccoli)

  • broccoli
  • orecchiette pasta
  • Parmesan cheese
  • chiles

I added needed more chilli and EVOO.

It was good but nothing stands out against other pasta & broccoli dishes.

I used Parmesan, next time probably the Pecorino option.
