- fresh Chinese egg noodles (substituted Mong bean glass noodles)
- shiitake mushrooms
- shallots
- sesame oil
- fresh ginger
- light soy sauce
- red capsicums
- Chinese cabbage
- carrots
- oyster sauce
Added chilli, and black fungus. Great way to use up left over veggies.
