Stir-fried vegetables and noodles

  • fresh Chinese egg noodles (substituted Mong bean glass noodles)
  • shiitake mushrooms
  • shallots
  • sesame oil
  • fresh ginger
  • light soy sauce
  • red capsicums
  • Chinese cabbage
  • carrots
  • oyster sauce

Added chilli, and black fungus. Great way to use up left over veggies.
