xanthan gum (I substituted cornflour)
freshly squeezed lime juice
fresh coriander, fresh mint, green mango, red chilli
Jasmine Rice (10m in the Microwave, using Joseph & Joseph Microwave Rice Cooker)
Served with a 2016 Elizabeth Semilion. A very good match.
