*Simple lentil spaghetti Bolognese

from Plants-Only Kitchen: Over 70 Delicious, Super-Simple, Powerful and Protein-Packed Recipes for Busy People (page 69) by Gaz Oakley

I slightly modified it from the vegan version. I substituted parmesan rather than flaked almonds and nutritional yeast flakes. 

It is similar to a non plant version but substituting miso and lentils.

basil
carrots
celery
garlic
miso
onions
tomato purée
black peppercorns
mixed dried herbs
red wine

canned green lentils
spaghetti pasta

Delicious!
