The Tartufi is new product from Italy that was in my local Woolworths. I tried it the other night on a Mushroom Pizza using it over the base. It was excellent. Sorry No Photos.

I used the rest as a pasta sauce.
Cooked the casarecce pasta until al dente, add the sauce to a saucepan, stir in the pasta with some pasta water and EVOO.
Topped with Parmesan Cheese and Pepper.
Very Simple, Quick and Delicious.
Served with a 2022 Sangiovese from St. Maur that just arrived. Great match.
