Label Recipe
Ingredients: fish fillets, tomatoes, onions, peanut oil, ginger, curry powder, fish stock, chill, garlic, coriander, & mint.
Delicious but I made a few changes.
-The onions and the curry needed to be cooked longer.
-The fish I left whole, and steamed on the curry
I didn’t buy their Chilli Garlic Sauce, so I substituted hot chilli sauce and a chopped garlic clove.
