Thermomix/ Cookidoo Recipe
It was very good.
Basically followed the recipe, except:
I don’t see the point of grating the cheese in the Thermomix and then having to clean the machine to proceed to the next stage. It is much easier to just grate the cheese when needed.
The final stage called for transferring the risotto from the unit into a warming unit, and adding the butter and cheese and letting it rest. Again I did not see the point in creating more pots to clean, so I added the butter and cheese to the unit and stirred with the spatular and let it rest.
If I was more familiar with the Thermomix I would have set it to stir slowly backwards. But it was quicker to use the spatular than work this out.
I saved a couple of the spear heads and placed on top for presentation.
