*Plain Yoghurt

This is a combination of recipes.

800g of A2 milk heated to 85C in the Thermomix, and then cooled to 40C. 

(I could not understand why the Thermomix recipes added the starter with the milk and heated to 50C. I think this would kill the live probiotics). 

I added a starter (Bondi Yoghurt with 5 types of live probiotics), 120g to the cooled milk, and placed in mini pots, and fermented with an Anova Precision cooker at 43.3C for 12hrs. Then refrigerated.

Delicious. My only regret is that I did not double the quantity!

Post Script: Batch 2 increased heating to 90C. Failed! Whey separation.
