Great simple comfort food on cold days.
I took a short cut and used Barilla Farfalle Pasta rather than making the pasta butterflies.
Other Ingrediants: Carrot, onion & celery fried in oil and butter. Very thinly sliced potatoes, lentils, chicken stock and Mutti Passata, and topped with Parmigiano Reggiano
Served with a Barbara D’Asti DOCG.
