The Puff Pastry was made using the Thermomix recipe (quite impressed by the ease of this).
The Ham was Woolworths Double Smoked Shoulder Ham. Very good
The Cheese was Gruyere.
The recipe called for cooking at 190C for 18 minutes. After 30 minutes, I still had raw pastry on the bottom. So I changed the oven setting to the Pizza setting (275C bottom heat with fan force).
The end result was delicious.
