Chinese stir-fried vegetables

Thermomix recipe.

Except for chopping the vegetables this was all done in the Thermomix.

The result was quite impressive. The changes I would make next time are:
Use light soy sauce rather than oyster sauce
Add some cauliflower florets
It needed a little more sauce, and I note that Charmaine Solomon uses vegetable stock and cornflour, so I would add that.

Ingredients:
fresh long red chilli
garlic cloves
fresh ginger
peanut oil
mixed vegetables (cabbage, mushroom, carrot, broccoli, snowpeas, red capsicum)
salt
oyster sauce
