Apparently a classic Neapolitan pasta dish (but it does not seem to be mentioned in any of my numerous Italian cookbooks, or online)
- EVOO, garlic, chilli
- Anchovies
- Pine nuts, sultanas, walnuts and capers
- Cherry tomatoes
- Passata made from peeled blended tomatoes
- black olives and parsley
- pasta water
Topped with more parsley.
Delicious. Think Puttanesca with nuts and sultanas
