Spaghetti alla Natalina

Apparently a classic Neapolitan pasta dish (but it does not seem to be mentioned in any of my numerous Italian cookbooks, or online)

  • EVOO, garlic, chilli
  • Anchovies
  • Pine nuts, sultanas, walnuts and capers
  • Cherry tomatoes
  • Passata made from peeled blended tomatoes
  • black olives and parsley
  • pasta water

Topped with more parsley.

Delicious. Think Puttanesca with nuts and sultanas
