Very simple, and very tasty.
- Grapeseed oil
- Fresh Cayenne chillies, red and green
- spring onions
- garlic
- organic ginger
- Sichuan peppercorns (I added the max for extra heat)
- Star Anise
- Sea salt

Whilst crunchy (hence the name) I preferred more oil to coat the dumplings, so I topped it off with more grapeseed oil. It should also preserve it better.
