Fennel Pot Pie

This is quite simple and tasty, although it took several hours (at 1.5 induction) to sweet down the veggies.

  • onions red & brown, spring onions, leeks, carrots, oregano, mint
  • fennel fonds and EVOO
  • Filo pastry with lots of EVOO

Served with a simple green salad (Dressing EVOO, Balsamic, Dijon mustard, S & P)
