Hardly needs a recipe but I loved it, although the chilli-lime salt was more “salt-lime chilli”. I would add more chilli and use a lot less salt next time.
- Toasted Sourdough I used the Woolworths 40hr Sourdough Multigrain)
- Avocado, feta cheese (I used Dodoni), EVOO, lime juice and S & P.
- Soft boiled eggs (organic)
- Cherry tomatoes, French shallot and coriander
- Salt (Maldon), chilli flakes, lime zest.
Delicious!
