Crushed avocado, soft eggs and chilli-lime salt

Hardly needs a recipe but I loved it, although the chilli-lime salt was more “salt-lime chilli”. I would add more chilli and use a lot less salt next time.

  • Toasted Sourdough I used the Woolworths 40hr Sourdough Multigrain)
  • Avocado, feta cheese (I used Dodoni), EVOO, lime juice and S & P.
  • Soft boiled eggs (organic)
  • Cherry tomatoes, French shallot and coriander
  • Salt (Maldon), chilli flakes, lime zest.

Delicious!
