This is very good, and quick.
Take a Woolworths thai style salad kit:
Add:
- bean vermicelli noodles
- bunch mint
- bunch coriander
- Lebanese cucumber
- roasted unsalted peanuts
I also added chilli and sweet chilli sauce.
