*Broccoli cottage cheese pancakes

These were delicious!

  • broccoli
  • cottage cheese (substituted ricotta)
  • flour, baking powder
  • eggs
  • dill
  • chives
  • sour cream (substituted yoghurt)

Recipe made 9 x 60ml pancakes.

Induction 5.5 seemed to work the best.
