The turkey legs I had left over from Christmas, which I had vacuumed sealed and placed in the freezer and forgot about. I only had 15 hours before I was going to serve these, so I set the temperature to 74C. Pan seared at the end of the circulation, and I also reduced the juice from the vacuum bag and added a pinch of flour to make a gravy.
Served on a Salad of Turmeric Couscous with cauliflower, pumpkin, roasted capsicum, dried cranberries, tahini paste, roasted Pepitas, parsley and lemon juice. (Pre-made Woolworths “Salad Server” just heated.). The salad was very good.

Also a spoon of Woolworths Cranberry Sauce.
The Turkey was very tender with the meat falling off the bone. Not quick, but very simple and delicious.
