Farfalle with smoked salmon, vodka and thyme

Delicious.

  • thyme
  • smoked salmon. Given the controversy re the health of Tasmanian Salmon at moment, I used Smoked Norwegian Salmon (it was very good)
  • celery leaves
  • red chillies (I doubled the quantity)
  • onions (I reduced these double a bit more than the recipe said)
  • farfalle pasta
  • vodka
