Sort of. This is more of an inspired by recipe than following a recipe. I had bought tuna steaks and kipper potatoes and looked for a recipe that included both and was not a Salade Niçoise.
I didn’t make the harissa, but used rose harissa (which has a lighter chilli hit)
I used yellow fin tuna steaks instead of tuna collar.
I didn’t peal the kipfler potatoes.
I substituted rocket for watercress.
I used anchovies in a jar instead of white anchovies, and capers for caperberries.

Doing all that, made this dish quite quick to prepare. And It was good.
Potatoes placed in cold unsalted water and boiled until tender.
Rose harissa dabbed around the edge of the plate
Rocket tossed with EVOO, lemon juice and salt.
Tuna seared 1 minute per side (7/9+ on induction)
Topped with rinsed capers, and an anchovy fillet.
