Bulgur with mushrooms and feta

  • cumin seeds 
  • Urfa black chilli flakes (substituted red chilli flakes)
  • thyme
  • dill
  • bulgur wheat
  • onion
  • mixed mushrooms (used oyster, shiitake, Portobello, and large flat)
  • feta cheese
  • balsamic vinegar

Very good, and very filling.
