Mrs B loved these, reminded her of Adelaide pasties.
I liked these, and the Careme butter puff pastry was one of the best butter pastries I have had.
But I think the butter puff pastry is better suited to a sweet filling, rather than a savouring filling
I would try these again using flaky pastry with egg yolk wash and baked in an oven (rather than deep fried).
