  • ground allspice 
  • bay leaf 
  • sweet smoked paprika 
  • ground cumin 
  • coconut vinegar
  • yellow capsicum
  • habanero chillies
  • pink snapper (substituted Barramundi)
  • carrot
  • red capsicum

Fish was coated in spice mix, then steamed over the vinegar vegetables.
