(onions, celery, carrots, garlic, cumin, coriander seeds, turmeric, bay leaves, chillies, tomato puree, vegetable stock, canned chopped tomatoes, can chickpeas, parsley, coriander, feta, and lemon to serve). 


I omitted the sugar.
