I think this recipe got lost in the translation. Eg. 12 cardamom pods for 4 people, but only one cardamom pod in each parcel? So I just divided the total ingredients by 4.

The sugar which was an interesting addition, which I nearly omitted, made the onions very sweet which matched perfectly with the swordfish and tomatoes.

The recipe called for the cardamom pod(s) to be whole, but they did not seem to add anything to the flavours. Perhaps if they were squashed they would release some flavours.

Recommended wine match was a Soave Cassio (which matched perfectly).
