carrots (organic)
celery (organic)
mixed mushrooms (Woolworths exotic mushroom mix). 
chicken stock
thyme
crème fraîche (non locally available so I substituted greek yogurt)
Dry Sherry (substituted Noilly Prat Vermouth as Sherry gets drunk when opened, i.e. none on standby for cooking).
