Focaccia alle olive

Olive focaccia bread from A Table in Venice: Recipes from My Home (page 73) by Skye McAlpine

Another WIP. Doesn’t seem to go golden in the time suggested (20min @ 220C). When I cooked it longer to get the golden colour, the bread overcooks.

Ingredients: “00”flour, instant yeast, EVOO, water, salt, pitted green olives
