Potatoes, cabbage, leek, spring onion milk, butter, mace and S & P.

Great comfort food!

Served with lobster tails from Aldi . Packet recipe with the herb butter sauce provided. Next time I will cut them in two for easier eating rather than just the flesh side.

Leftover Colcannon was fried and served with a salad
