It is hard to beat the simplicity of this dish. Place in all ingredients in large saucepan and cook on low heat until pasta is cooked. Unfortunately the onion wasn’t. I am not sure if it was cut too finely but there seemed to be so much. I would suggest halving the onion quantity and use a red onion which is more palatable undercooked.
Ingredients: Dried Pasta, “1 onion finely sliced,” cherry tomatoes, tomato purée, flat leaf parsley, white wine, vegetable stock, black olives, capes, black pepper.
