Homemade ricotta with seed crackers and honey

Crackers were made of pumpkin seeds, linseeds, sunflower seeds, organic plain flour, baking powder, and sea salt.

Served with the yogurt and Beechworth Honey,

They tasted great, but the crackers were difficult as there was nothing to really bind them and they fell apart when cut, so I ended up pressing the crumbs into the cookie cutter placed on the baking tray. That worked.
