I thought I would try a sweet pie, and was not disappointed

Shortcrust pastry bottoms and puff pastry tops.

Simple filling of pear slices, dulce de leche and hazelnut meal.

Served with vanilla ice cream.

The recipe caller layering the ingrediants, however for larger pies it is better to mix the filling.
