Fish Curry Masala

Packet Recipe, super simple, quick and delicious.

Fry coconut cream (the thick part in the top the coconut milk cans), add the spice blend (in photo) and extra turmeric and some finely diced red onions and continue frying.

Add the rest of the coconut milk and some water and simmer.

Then add fish and simmer until cooked. I used Basa as it was the freshest fish in the supermarket, but ling or cod would be even better if available. I also added a zucchini, extra chilli and garnished with some rocket and served with brown basmati rice.
