This one was all about the Miso.
Salmon coated in white miso and butter.
Stir-fry ginger, carrot, yellow capsicum, then add mushrooms, spring onions and bok choy and stir-fry some more.
Add bean sprouts and sake. Place miso salmon on top and poach in the steam (lid on) until fish is cooked.
Serve topped with pepper, spring onions, sesame seeds and wasabi seaweed flakes (Crumble up the snack).
It was good.
