Spiced chickpea wraps with tahini dressing

This was good, but not worth the effort (both in cooking and cleaning up).    I probably overcooked the chickpeas trying to get them to “turn gold and pop around a bit.”

Tahini Dressing: tahini, lemon juice, rice vinegar, EVOO, Soy sauce, & garlic

Chickpeas fried in EVOO, lemon juice, maple syrup, soy sauce, smoked paprika, ground cumin, garlic and cayenne pepper.

Served in a tortilla wrap with spinach, summer sticks, carrot sticks and sliced radish.
