It was World Pasta Day (25 October)!

Simple, quick and good, but not as good as Bill’s recipe for *Spaghettini with crab, lime and chilli.”

  • EVOO, butter, shallots, garlic, chilli
  • Add cooked linguine and pasta water
  • Crab meat, lemon juice
  • Top with parsley, lemon zest, chilli flakes and black pepper.
