Gigli with chickpeas and za’atar

Something simple, reasonably quick, different, and delicious.

  • EVOO, onion, garlic, cumin, thyme, anchovies, lemon skin and S & P
  • Canned chickpeas and brown sugar
  • chicken stock and lemon juice
  • spinach and parsley
  • Gigli pasta (I used the optional orecchiette pasta)
  • Topped with za’atar and EVOO
