Red pork curry (Gaeng phed moo)

It was both quick and easy.

  • pork, vegetable oil and Thai Red Curry paste (I used Ayam)
  • fresh red galangal (grown in the garden), turmeric and garlic
  • coconut milk (Ayam)
  • nam pla fish sauce, lime leaves, sugar
  • Thai basil

It could do with a lot more chilli.
