It was both quick and easy.
- pork, vegetable oil and Thai Red Curry paste (I used Ayam)
- fresh red galangal (grown in the garden), turmeric and garlic
- coconut milk (Ayam)
- nam pla fish sauce, lime leaves, sugar
- Thai basil
It could do with a lot more chilli.
