This was more trouble than it was worth.

• avocados
• eggs
• limes
• Whole grain mustard
• Chopped chives

If I did this again I would cut the base/side of the avocado so that it sits upright in the baking dis, otherwise the egg will run out. As this was too difficult to do after adding the egg, I used the shells to support the avocado.

It also needed at least 14+ mins in the oven to get the eggs presentable (ie white cooked, but still runny).
